Con el presente auto se decide archivar el escrito que contiene la acción de tutela de la referencia, la cual había sido radicada ante la Corte Suprema de Justicia quien se abstuvo de decidir sobre el caso y decidió remitirlas a la Corte Constitucional, tras considerar que la acusación presentada en la demanda no guardaba relación con la actividad de cierre que cumple la Corporación.
El archivo se ordenó luego de constatar que el amparo invocado quedó sin sustento, luego de que la Sala de Revisión accionada, mediante sentencia T-281A/12, definió la revisión de la acción de tutela a la que acudió la actora en contra de la universidad de Los Andes
